Overview of the Building Blocks of Matter

In quarter one I learned new things about the building blocks of matter. The building blocks of matter are atoms, and atoms make up everything. The elements, which come from atoms, mix together to create the world, solar system, galaxy, and the universe. The elements are organized in the periodic table of elements. This I knew, what I learned about the periodic table of elements was the history. I also learned how it was organized by the trends/ properties, and atomic number/mass. I was amazed at how cleverly this was put together. One thing I learned that was new was radioactivity. I had heard the term before, although now I understand it. I also learned a little more about chemical and physical properties. I learned how every object has its own set of chemical and physical properties, and how they both differ.
